Area Sales Manager (Pest Control)

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

• Manage the portfolio of key accounts , ensuring that growth goals and budget targets are achieved.
• Create client-specific strategies and strong relationships with clients to gain extensive, deep, and wide access to their company.
• Manage portfolio of existing clients, leading customer negotiations and reviews, including contractual terms and conditions, KPI’s, pricing and product mix management, and contract renewals.
• Closely collaborate with field teams to ensure commitment delivery at each Key Account in accordance with contractually agreed-upon KPIs.
• Serve as a brand representative with an emphasis on water, sustainability, efficiency, innovation, and cleanliness and safety.
• Achieve targeted sales growth at a rate and profit margin consistent with targets for key and corporate portfolio
• To set up and conclude sales contracts, industry conditions, company sales philosophy and policy, and product and service lines.
• Work closely with our inter-company partners, corporate account team, and service team to use best practices to address customers’ pest issues.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a business-to-business field sales environment.
• Strong integrity and customer service abilities, together with an exceptional ability to build relationships with chain account senior decision makers.
