In the realm of Peer-to-Peer (P2P), a P2P subject matter expert is an individual who possesses in-depth knowledge of a specific technology, material, or process design. They leverage their profound understanding to enhance their expertise, resolve particular issues, and contribute to overcoming challenges within their specialized area.

- Conducting training sessions for individuals and groups, both in person and online.
- Assessing the effectiveness of the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and suggesting necessary improvements.
- Keeping up-to-date with trends and developments in the P2P field.
- Leading and managing independent projects.
- Providing solutions for various problems.
- Supporting the implementation of P2P process improvements, including the P2P Transformation Roadmap.
- Implementing Knowledge Management best practices for P2P within the organization.
- Efficiently maintaining Knowledge Management tools, particularly Easy Finance.
- Proactively identifying the root causes of recurring problems and proposing actions for their elimination or reduction, in collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Overseeing, advising on, and escalating IT tickets while ensuring close and effective cooperation between Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), Markets, and IT.
- Driving or leading the implementation of new systems and solutions, as well as handling tasks related to data analysis, requirements gathering, and system/solution testing.
- Reviewing and preparing weekly/monthly analyses of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) results.
- Managing access for the service provider.

Job Requirements:

- Very good language skills in English
- Practical knowledge of MS office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Experience with ERP accounting systems (e.g., Oracle and JDE)
- Experience in process improvement / project management
- Very good understanding of AP accounting principles
- Posses a high sense of urgency
