Job Overview

Location: Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform administrative duties and front desk.
  • Maintaining the reception area, along with ensuring the upkeep of the entire office space and pantry areas.
  • To ensure the timely renewal of licenses and permits, such as the MBPJ business permit, BOMBA license for fire extinguishers, and Partition Permit (Sekatan Dinding) for the landlord.
  • Assisting general purchasing matters including but not limited to sourcing for quotation and PO issuance.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement guidelines during the execution/ordering of supplies and perform goods receipt for uninterrupted office supplies (e.g. stationery and pantry items).
  • Communicate effectively at all levels both internal & external.
  • Handle incoming calls and answer general queries in person via telephone or email.
  • Greet, assist, or direct guests/visitors to the appropriate colleague.
  • Issuance of work permit and visitor access cards for contractors/visitors/customers
  • Ad-hoc assignment when required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in, Business Admin or related studies.
  • 2-3 years working experience in office administrative/front desk duties.
  • Candidate who working in MNC environment is added advantage.
  • Meticulous, organize, and with excellent communication skills.
