Admin Executive (Sales Administrative)

Job Overview

  • Salary RM4,000 - RM5,000

Location: PJ Damansara / Bangi / Shah Alam, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle incoming calls and attend customer enquiries, ensure excellent and timely response to customers.
  • Provide internal sales support which including preparing quotation, confirmation order, delivery order, invoices and other relevant documents.
  • Assist sales order processing and follow up on delivery status of orders and track on collection.
  • Co-ordinate with logistics department to ensure on-time delivery to customer.
  • Liaise with customers to provide update order status.
  • Process sales data, sales progress reports and other sales related records and reports.
  • Communicate with customer via official emails regarding documentation submission, documentation status monitoring, customer approval status monitoring.
  • Coordinate with customers and prepare shipping documents as required.
  • Maintain files of all documentation and records (physical and digital) required for individual jobs.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Advertising/Media, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Must be willing to work in PJ Damansara/ Bangi/ Shah Alam.
  • Ms Excel (V-look Up& Pivot Table) Savvy.
  • Full-Time & Contract Positions(s) available.
