Admin Executive (MNC)

  • Salary RM2,500 - RM3,000

Location: Puchong, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate closely with the key Account Manager to support the management of Johor Bahru and Melaka customers. (No travel required, office-based work only)
  • Ensure timely follow-up with customers in JB and Melaka regarding sales inquiries, sales reporting, and other documentation requirements.
  • Proactively engage with customers via phone to understand their specific needs and preferences.
  • Generate competitive quotations and commercial proposals.
  • Provide assistance with documentation and relevant administrative tasks.
  • Facilitate the preparation and processing of orders associated with projects involving partners, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Maintain accurate customers’ registration and records.
  • Undertake additional job-related responsibilities on an ad-hoc basis as directed by Managers.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or other Business fields.
  • Proficient in both verbal and written English communication.
  • Past experience managing invoices and administration responsibilities in MNC and corporate offices.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Words.
  • Training will be provided.
