Admin Assistance – Order Entry

Job Overview

  • Salary RM2,500 - RM2,800

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Descriptions:

  • Execute the complete daily order processing workflow within SAP.
  • Assist and coordinate with the sales team regarding order-related concerns.
  • Manage daily backorders and generate Delivery Orders (DO) for available stocks, measured in Metric Tons (MT) and Gross Tons (GT).
  • Seek advice from the planner regarding Out of Stock situations.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to manage order replenishment and handle product buyback processes.
  • Coordinate with the sales/Credit Management team to resolve pricing or credit issues.
  • Maintain and organize backorders systematically.
  • Close any backorders older than 7 days for direct delivery routes.
  • Update Sales Orders with accurate Storage Location information.
  • Finalize and resolve all pending backorders for both GT & MT during month-end closing.
  • Input details of pallet returns into the system.
  • Transform Electronic Sales Return Authorizations (ESRA) for direct delivery routes.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate in Degree of Business.
  • Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • PC literacy in Words and Excel.
