Job Descriptions:
- Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function for the APAC region, following corporate policies and procedures.
- Accurately and promptly record receipt and transaction amounts.
- Process and issue sales invoices/credit memos on schedule, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
- Handle AR inquiries and service requests from Strategic Business Units (SBU) and assist with various finance-related tasks.
- Participate in continuous process improvement efforts.
- Assist AR Supervisor and Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
- Ensure timely delivery of invoices/statements to customers, monitor mailing house efficiency.
- Ensure timely sales and AR closures for all locations, with a focus on improving the closing process.
Job Requirements:
- You should have minimum a Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years working experience
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills while proficiency in verbal and written English& Chinese (To support China Customer).
- Experience with Oracle/SAP/QAD accounting is preferable.
- You should be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications.
- Organized, analytical and able to work under pressure.
- Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
