Location: Nearby LRT Subang Jaya 

Job Descriptions:

  • Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) function for the APAC region, following corporate policies and procedures.
  • Accurately and promptly record receipt and transaction amounts.
  • Process and issue sales invoices/credit memos on schedule, resolve discrepancies, and ensure proper documentation and approvals.
  • Handle AR inquiries and service requests from Strategic Business Units (SBU) and assist with various finance-related tasks.
  • Participate in continuous process improvement efforts.
  • Assist AR Supervisor and Manager with ad-hoc tasks.
  • Ensure timely delivery of invoices/statements to customers, monitor mailing house efficiency.
  • Ensure timely sales and AR closures for all locations, with a focus on improving the closing process.

Job Requirements:

  • You should have minimum a Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years working experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills while proficiency in verbal and written English& Chinese (To support China Customer).
  • Experience with Oracle/SAP/QAD accounting is preferable.
  • You should be computer literate with knowledge in MS Office applications.
  • Organized, analytical and able to work under pressure.
  • Resourceful and a team player with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and challenging environment.
