Accounts Receivable Executive

Location: Bangsar South

Job Descriptions:

• Support AR/Order to Cash activities including sales processing, returned product, sales recognition, Accounts Receivable.
• Update customer’s bank account information in system.
• Prepare daily sales and receivable reconciliation and send to stakeholders.
• Perform accounts reconciliation and advise journal entries for ledger posting.
• Liaise with Affiliate to ensure smooth closing of daily and month end operations.
• Work closely with team members and stakeholders to implement process improvement.
• Ensure Service Level Agreement and monthly performance and productivity KPIs are met.
• Ensure a high standard of customer service is always maintained.

Job Requirements:

• Studying finance/accounting related degree
• Working experiences in accounting/shared services
