Accounts Officer
- Salary RM3,500 - RM4,000
Location: Bandar Puncak Alam
Job Descriptions:

Manage day-to-day accounting transactions, including Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).

Review documents prepared by the Sales team, such as Official Receipts (OR), Invoices (IV), Credit Notes (CN), and Cash Sales (CS).

Support the setup and implementation of the LHDN e-Invoicing system, including:
-
e-Invoice and consolidated invoice submissions
-
Credit Notes and self-billed expense handling

Communicate with suppliers and customers regarding statements, payments, and other accounting matters.

Handle account reconciliation, petty cash, staff claims, and document filing.

Full set account handling is not required.
Job Requirements:
- Certificate or Diploma (Accounting, or any related field)
- SPM or STPM with relevant experience will be considered
- Minimum 1 years related experience
- Good understanding of accounting principles, standards, financial statements and reports
- Knowledge of ERP system is compulsory, experience with Oracle is an added advantage
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
