Accounts Executive (Full Set)
Job Overview
- Salary RM5,500 - RM6,000
Location: Shah Alam
Job Descriptions:
- Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
- Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
- Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
- Responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters.
- Maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement.
- Prepare payment to vendor and manage online banking matter.
- Prepare and manage account/bank reconciliations.
- Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Experience in dealing with manufacturing accounts
- Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
- Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance, ACCA Holder
- MS Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail
