Accounts Executive (Full Set)

Job Overview

  • Salary RM5,500 - RM6,000

Location: Shah Alam

Job Descriptions:

  • Handle full set of account; prepare cash flow forecast, budget, and financial and management reports.
  • Perform day-to-day finance operations like General Ledger, Account Payable & Account Receivables functions.
  • Initiate continuous improvement e.g. accuracy and efficiency, internal control, cost control/saving, tax saving, accounting process and procedures, management and financial analysis report, workflow, documentation of accounting record, filing etc.
  • Responsible for monthly management report and other financial matters.
  • Maintain proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness and data integrity of all financial data.
  • Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, company secretary and other professionals to ensure compliance on all matters relating to audit, tax and statutory requirement.
  • Prepare payment to vendor and manage online banking matter.
  • Prepare and manage account/bank reconciliations.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks and responsibilities which the superior may assign from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in dealing with manufacturing accounts
  • Knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting and Finance, ACCA Holder
  • MS Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
