Accounts Executive

Job Overview

  • Salary RM4,000 - RM6,000

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner, including AR, AP & GL
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  • Timely and accurate preparation and submission of financial reports in accordance with group policies, procedures and statutory requirements, including preparing monthly and quarterly analysis.
  • Assist in preparing forecast & annual budget.
  • Attend to and handle audit and tax submission (including indirect tax submissions).
  • Liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, tax consultant, company secretary, bankers, suppliers and etc.
  • Performing day to day accounting operations and to ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all the accounting entries.
  • Effectively and efficiently to resolve problem / matters internally and externally to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the management from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Degree in Finance / Accounting or Professional Accounting qualifications is a plus.
  • At least 2-3 years of working experience in property industry related accounting.
  • Proficient in  Microsoft World/Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous and strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and time management.
  • Good interpersonal skills, and pro-active
  • Good command of written & spoken English, Malay and Mandarin
