Accounts Executive

Job Overview

  • Salary RM3,000 - RM5,000

Location: Putrajaya

Job Descriptions:

  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
  • Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and inquiries.
  • Assist in the preparation for audits and provide support during audit processes.
  • Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization in Malaysia.
