Accounts Executive
Job Overview
- Salary RM3,000 - RM5,000
Location: Putrajaya
Job Descriptions:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries and reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting-related issues and inquiries.
- Assist in the preparation for audits and provide support during audit processes.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. Autocount) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Malaysian citizen or valid work authorization in Malaysia.
