Senior GL Executive

Location: Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya

Job Descriptions:

• Provide general ledger support and analysis inclusive of period-end financial close responsibilities
• Maintain an accurate and current accounting ledger which reflects the country’s transactional reality through timely posting of all required items.
• Ensure that all transactions are correctly reflected in the ledger on a country basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely period reporting that complies with Corporate and country requirements.
• Responsible for monthly Account Reconciliation processes on a timely basis and adhering to all corporate standards and guidelines
• Handling balance sheet reconciliations, fixed asset and cash

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least a Degree in Accounting or equivalent accounting qualifications i.e. part ACCA, or graduate in accounting related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel and with knowledge of any accounting system (SAP is an added advantage).
• Preferably with a least 4-5 years of working experience
• Meticulous with figures
