Job Overview

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Job Descriptions:

  • Support the end-to-end administration of HR Processes.
  • As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and addressing their inquiries.
  • Your role is crucial for the Human Resources Department and holds significant importance in ensuring smooth HR operations.
  • Maintain the case management tool to accurately track request volumes and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).
  • Monitor and manage the progress of requests to ensure they are handled within the agreed SLA timelines.
  • Work according to established guidelines and instructions to meet set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets.
  • Notify the Process Specialist, HR Services in case of process compliance or control issues or if there is incomplete documentation.
  • Handle supporting local administration, maintaining employee files and information, participating in team meetings, conducting process analysis, and contributing to improvement actions.
  • The main scope encompasses multiple HR process areas, including master data and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning and development.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • A person who is familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) will have an advantage.
  • The internship duration is roughly 4 – 6 months.
  • Good English writing and communication skills will be advantageous.
