Job Overview

Location: Petaling Jaya, Selangor
Job Descriptions:

Support the end-to-end administration of HR Processes.

As the first point of contact for our internal customers, you will be responsible for troubleshooting and addressing their inquiries.

Your role is crucial for the Human Resources Department and holds significant importance in ensuring smooth HR operations.

Maintain the case management tool to accurately track request volumes and Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Monitor and manage the progress of requests to ensure they are handled within the agreed SLA timelines.

Work according to established guidelines and instructions to meet set Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and quality targets.

Notify the Process Specialist, HR Services in case of process compliance or control issues or if there is incomplete documentation.

Handle supporting local administration, maintaining employee files and information, participating in team meetings, conducting process analysis, and contributing to improvement actions.

The main scope encompasses multiple HR process areas, including master data and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, talent management, reward and recognition, and learning and development.
Job Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.

A person who is familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) will have an advantage.

The internship duration is roughly 4 – 6 months.

Good English writing and communication skills will be advantageous.
