Requirements:

• Handle incoming and outgoing calls with good telephone etiquette 

• At least 1 year experience in call centre environment or customer service is a MUST 

• Able to handle daily administrative or clerical tasks when assigned 

• Fluent communication skills in English is a MUST 

• Able to work in shift hours (latest shift hour- 8pm-1am) 

• Able to work at least for 4 slots/shift in a week; each shift must work for 5 hours 

• Contract: 2 months, 3 months 

• Salary Range: RM 1000- RM 2000 + Shift Allowances
