Requirements:
- Diploma,
Degree or Master in related discipline.
- At least
3-4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this position.
- Excellent
knowledge in local employment act & regulations
- Good
communications skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good
organisational and time management skills

Responsibility:
- Provide
support to HR business partners to ensure training administration of the
various countries and business unit
- Provide
traning support and advise employee on the status of their training
related matters
- Work
closely with training vendors and liase with trainers on specific training
- Liaise
with government agencies related to training grants and funding (eg: HRDF)
- Consolidate
training evaluation and analyse the results
