Payroll Senior Analyst

PJ, Shah Alam

*Salary RM3000 - RM5000*

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in International Payroll Management or equivalent.
Full-Time positions available.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:

To manage outsourced payroll providers for monthly processing and reports for the Asiapac region
To assist in administering payroll cut off schedule
To assist employee inquiry and liase with HR or provider to resolve payroll issues
To monitor on pay slips administration
To assist in Fund Forecast to disburse Payroll and statutory related payment
To assist in payroll journal posting including related accruals to General Ledger system
To reconcile Payroll account for monthly closing
To perform payroll bank reconciliation with bank statements
To disseminate monthly payroll reports to business units management staff (restricted access)
To assist in payroll compliance to internal control requirements and Sarbanes Oxley statute including updating and maintaining process maps and controls for self audit
To assist Business Unit Management, Internal and External auditors to answer any query on payroll matters
To assist in Payroll project rollout testing or any other new requirements from time to time.
To monitor lodgment agents on timely submission of statutory payments
To assist on financial year end employee tax reporting and distribution
