Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in Payroll / Human Resource
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law, Employment, Act and prevailing HR practices, payroll and legislation
  • Experience in EasyPay/Quickpay Payroll System will be added advantage
  • Must be active and energetic person and able to mix with all level of people
  • Able to work in a team
  • Open position for female only
Responsibility:

  • To be responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function
  • To develop, implement and monitor sound human resource systems, policies and procedures.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services, industrial relation training and development for staff.
  • Provide daily administrative assistant to General Manager
