Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Diploma in the related field is required for this
position.

1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this
position.
- Well
verse in full spectrum of Human Resource
- Knowledge
in Payroll System is added advantage
- Enjoy
and willing to conduct and involve in company’s events
- Must be
active, organized and self-motivated.

Responsibility:
- To be
responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources function
- To
develop, implement and monitor sound human resource systems, policies and
procedures.
- To
carry out manpower planning and recruitment to fulfill the manpower needs.
- To be
responsible for employee relations and handle any grievance issues.
- Administer and communicate HR policies and procedures
in relation to recruitment, integration, compensation, benefits, talent
retention, staff training & development, grievance handling. etc.
