Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Master or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or
equivalent.
- At least
5year(s) of relevant experience in similar capacity.
- Fluency
in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Good
Interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to
handle expatriates administration
- Solid
hands HR experience, both tactical and strategic
- Able to
work independently
- Leadership,
reliable, initiative and diligent
- Numerate,
meticulous and organized
- Dip/ Deg/ Master, 3-5 yrs as GM for big cooperation

Responsibility:
- Develop,
implement and harmonize strategic HR policies and procedures
- Rationalize
work force based on Company direction and objectives.
- Implement
new guide for C& B through market benchmark.
- Responsible
for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee
services, industrial relation training and development for local and
foreign staff.
- Manpower
Planning and Budgeting.
- Set up
HR tools:- Job Descriptions Manual, Induction Program Manual, Annual
Appraisal Manual etc
- Undertake
HR projects & special tasks
- Project
and manpower management
- To
deal with developer, consultant, government and contractor
