Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Master or Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
  • At least 5year(s) of relevant experience in similar capacity.
  • Fluency in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to handle expatriates administration
  • Solid hands HR experience, both tactical and strategic
  • Able to work independently
  • Leadership, reliable, initiative and diligent
  • Numerate, meticulous and organized
  • Dip/ Deg/ Master, 3-5 yrs as GM for big cooperation
Responsibility:

  • Develop, implement and harmonize strategic HR policies and procedures
  • Rationalize work force based on Company direction and objectives.
  • Implement new guide for C& B through market benchmark.
  • Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee services, industrial relation training and development for local and foreign staff.
  • Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
  • Set up HR tools:- Job Descriptions Manual, Induction Program Manual, Annual Appraisal Manual etc
  • Undertake HR projects & special tasks
  • Project and manpower management
  • To deal with developer, consultant, government and contractor
