Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree or Master in HRM, BA or
equivalent.
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the same capacity
is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Subang
Jaya or PJ or Kepong.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold
relevant residence status.
- Preferably Manager specializing in Human Resources
or equivalent.
- Full-Time positions available.

Responsibility:
- Develop, implement and harmonize strategic HR policies and
procedures
- Rationalize work force based on Company direction and
objectives.
- Implement new guide for C& B through market
benchmark.
- Responsible for recruitment and selection, compensation and
benefits, employee services, industrial relation training and development for
local and foreign staff.
- Manpower Planning and Budgeting.
- Set up HR
tools:- Job Descriptions Manual, Induction Program Manual, Annual Appraisal
Manual etc
- Undertake HR projects & special tasks.
- Prefer someone with
multi national working manufacturing experience
