HR & Admin Executive

PJ, Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam
*Salary RM2000 - RM4000*
Requirements:

  • SPM, Diploma or Degree in related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in Payroll / Human Resource
  • Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law, Employment, Act and prevailing HR practices, payroll and legislation
  • Experience in MCSB/EasyPay/Quickpay Payroll System will be added advantage
  • Preferably Mandarin speaking
  • Experience in office administration
Responsibility:

  • Handling full HR spectrum such as payroll, training and recruitment
  • Assist the HR Senior Executive and Manager in day to day administration of the entire HR department
  • Handle office administration and assist in business operation
