Requirements:
- Bachelor
Degree in Human
Resource / Administration with 3 years working experience in
related
field
- Familiar
with Employment Act & Industrial
Relations procedure is an added advantage
- Strong
interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability
to communicate effectively and
diplomatically with people at all levels

Responsibilities:
- Develop
and execute
employee and industrial relations policies
- Ensuring
a consistent approach to policies
and procedures to promoting a positive employee relations culture
- Manages
and implementation of policies
- Act
as arbiter and ensures smooth labour
conflict resolutions
- Providing
accurate advice on issues arising
from employment contracts and legislation
- Monitoring
trends in employment practices and
advising on appropriate proactive action
- To
serve as a primary interface between other
departments in the company on HR related matter
