Admin Manager

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in any field.
  • At least 8 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Managers specializing in Business Operation Support.
  • 2 Full-Time positions available.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.



Responsibility:

  • You will drive, develop and ensure smooth operations of the various functions under Operations eg Supply chain, Sales order Processing, Human Resource and Administration.
  • You will integrate the strategic plan of the organisation with the operations.
  • You will establish, maintain and implement appropriate corporate policies, procedures and controls for operational processes.
  • You will coordinate with internal departments and external organisations to bring about optimal service processes for the benefit of our business.
  • You will also challenge and exploit new technologies where appropriate to achieve cost saving and competitive advantage
  • Responsible for inventory management including stock take and stock balance reporting as well as month-end closing activities and reporting.
  • Monitor, liaise with and work hand-in-hand with suppliers/transporters/forwarders.
  • Undertake operational review to ensure continuous process improvement.
  • Reporting to MD & GM. Supervise a team of subordinates
