Administration & Payroll Assistant
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM1500-R2200*

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least STPM, Certificate, Diploma in any business field, Commerce or equivalent.
  • At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
  • Preferably junior executives specializing in Administration or equivalent.
  • Pleasant personality, hardworking & with good interpersonal skills
  • Must be computer literate
  • Execellent in communication skill
  • Fresh graduate with right working attitude are encouraged to apply
  • Full time and permanent position available.
  • Able to start work immediately would be added advantage


Responsibilities:

  • Handling of incoming phone calls and correspondences
  • Handles mail, courier and delivery/dispatch matters
  • Assist in office general administration tasks.
  • Assist in filling, records, communication and correspondences.
  • Plan & coordinate daily appointment for relevant company matters
  • Responsibility for maintain up-to-date & accurate report
  • Assisting in customer database management
  • Follow up staff attendance and in charge of updating staff annual leave and medical leave
  • Overtime calculation
  • Claims & allowance calculation
