Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least STPM, Certificate, Diploma in any business field,
Commerce or equivalent.
- At least
1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for
this
position.
- Applicants
should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
- Preferably
junior executives specializing in Administration or equivalent.
- Pleasant
personality, hardworking & with good interpersonal skills
- Must be
computer literate
- Execellent
in communication skill
- Fresh
graduate with right working attitude are encouraged to apply
- Full time
and permanent position available.
- Able to
start work immediately would be added advantage

Responsibilities:
- Handling
of incoming phone calls and correspondences
- Handles
mail, courier and delivery/dispatch matters
- Assist in
office general administration tasks.
- Assist in
filling, records, communication and correspondences.
- Plan
& coordinate daily appointment for relevant company matters
- Responsibility
for maintain up-to-date & accurate report
- Assisting
in customer database management
- Follow up
staff attendance and in charge of updating staff annual leave
and medical
leave
- Overtime
calculation
- Claims
& allowance calculation
