Responsibilities:
- Provide
administrative, secretarial and clerical duties and support to MD
- Organize
and manage the confidential documents, correspondence, record and
maintain filling systems
- Coordinate
and arrange appointments, travel schedules, meetings, prepare agenda,
attending meeting and taking minutes of meeting
- Prepare
monthly salary for management staff
- Assist
in the company events
- Responsible
for HR activities
- Implement
policies and processes locally, and also ensure that country-specific
labor related laws are followed
- Work
with HR Manager on planning and strategies
- Lead,
supervise, manage, motivate and develop human resources and employee
relations staff members.
- Provide
employees with interpretation and guidance in relation to policy and
procedures
- Responsible
for Industrial and Employee Relations matters relating to staff
discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries and other activities.
- Carry
out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the
business
