Requirements:
- Provide
personal secretarial administrative support to the
Group Managing Director (GMD) through conducting and organizing
administrative
duties and activities including receiving and handling information
- Prepare
correspondence and reports when required
- Maintain
GMD's calendar and setup GMD's travel arrangements
- Arrange
accommodation and entertainment for the company visitors
- Arrange
and
coordinate meetings and conferences
- Answer
and
handle calls in an appropriate manner
- Perform
general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing and
filing
- Source
and
search for data and information as and when required. Coordinate and
work
closely with the Senior Management to meet deadlines
- Ensure
the
GMD's decisions and instructions are carried out and communicated
- Minimum
8
years of working experience in secretarial or administrative functions
- Possess
excellent interpersonal and communication skills
