Requirements:

  • Provide personal secretarial administrative support to the Group Managing Director (GMD) through conducting and organizing administrative duties and activities including receiving and handling information
  • Prepare correspondence and reports when required
  • Maintain GMD's calendar and setup GMD's travel arrangements
  • Arrange accommodation and entertainment for the company visitors
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences
  • Answer and handle calls in an appropriate manner
  • Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing
  • Source and search for data and information as and when required. Coordinate and work closely with the Senior Management to meet deadlines
  • Ensure the GMD's decisions and instructions are carried out and communicated
  • Minimum 8 years of working experience in secretarial or administrative functions
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
