Requirements:
- Assist General
Manage with administrative and organisational operations.
- Perform the full
range of secretarial duties (schedule, telephone, trip planning,
expense forms,
office supplies, etc.)
- Organise daily
schedules to make the best use of the executive’s time
- Handle
unexpected or difficult situations
- Manage assigned
projects and prepare files
- Take stopgap
measures to protect the interests of the business in emergency
situations
- Eventually
work in tandem and/or delegate everyday secretarial duties to a junior
secretary

Contract 6 months & renewable (Once company had head count will
convert to permanent)
