Requirements:
  • Assist General Manage with administrative and organisational operations.
  • Perform the full range of secretarial duties (schedule, telephone, trip planning, expense forms, office supplies, etc.)
  • Organise daily schedules to make the best use of the executive’s time
  • Handle unexpected or difficult situations
  • Manage assigned projects and prepare files
  • Take stopgap measures to protect the interests of the business in emergency situations
  • Eventually work in tandem and/or delegate everyday secretarial duties to a junior secretary
  • Contract 6 months & renewable (Once company had head count will convert to permanent)
