Requirments:


  • Diploma in Secretarial Science / Business Administration or similar discipline. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional working experience in a MNC environment
  • Good administrative, planning and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, fluency in written and oral English
  • Self driven with high level of commitment
  • Mature, adaptable and committed individual with pleasant and professional personality
  • Good Computer skills – MS Office application and preferably knowledge of using SAP system
  • Permanent & Immediate position

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing secretarial and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in an effective and efficient manner.
