Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. 

• Excellent communications skills in English 

• Incumbents must be competence in technical understanding, presentation & negotiation skills  
• Incumbents with proven sales record in industries such as lift & escalators, ACMV, or medical piped gases will be an added advantage 

• Strong business acumen and analytical. Able to conceptualize solutions and articulate concept and proposed solutions to customers. 

• Conduct business plan to meet business objective & annual budget 

• Analyze customers needs & requirement and translate into system requirement, concepts & solutions to customer 

•  Have a good relations with consultants,JKR,MOH & hospitals
