Requirements:
- Basic
Qualification: Diploma / Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical

years of experience in
technical sales

Responsibilities:
- Familiarity
with
Company Sales Policies and Procedures
- Good
understanding
of Competitors' Products and their Marketing Activities
- Proper
conduct of
Sales Promotion and Marketing Activities
- Maintain
cordial
business relationship and contacts with the Developers/Building Owners,
Architects and M & E Consultants
- Provide
technical
support and advice on the design requirements
- Assist the
Branch
Offices with regular update of sales information, catalogues, brochures
etc and
visits
- Maintain
confidentiality of new project development at all times
- Understand
and
review Client's requirements as specified in the Tender Documents and
Drawings
- Complete and
submit all cost estimations for the Sales Manager's final decision and
approval
- Prepare and
complete all the necessary tender documents including Letter of Offer
for
submission in good time
- Prepare and
update
weekly sales report
- Annual Sales
target and desired market share position
