Requirements:


  • Possessed an optometry degree register able with the Malaysian Optic Council, a qualified Optometrist
  • Best with 1 - 2 years of professional experience.  Fresh degree graduates are encouraged to apply too
  • Computer literacy and a background in optometry with contact lens experience is an added advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skill and a good team player
  •  Possess good communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of the needs of customers
  • Implement professional marketing programs including an element on continued related education
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing team to develop and deliver effective and integrated professional materials and programs
  • Work closely with optometry schools, trade associations, Advisory Panel and related parties to develop a sustainable business relationship/partnership
  • Manage and drive sales results to achieve business objectives
  • Support the sales and marketing teams to optimize the various sales and marketing strategies and programs from a professional services angle
  • Approves all product claims and ensures that reference materials are filed accordingly
  • Organizes and conducts internal and external training and refresher courses to develop greater understanding of the products
  • Manage the regulatory affairs and quality control of the products which would encompass handling both consumer product complaints/feedback and product registration
