Requirements:

• Administer, manage and support the business operations of Marketing Promotions. ie. Purchasing documentation, product briefing, monthly product activities, super weekend  and marketing events

• Update vendor list and purchasing database & reports 

• To attend to enquiries from Distributor’s 

• Handle product returns of premiums with warehouse, distributors and vendors 

• Handle pre-production QA check 

• Ensure monthly product display are being displayed by Merchandiser 

• Conduct Distributor survey 

• Diploma in Business Administration with 1-2 years working experience in related field 

• Able to speak in BM and English (Mandarin will be an added advantage). 

• Computer literate and conversant in Microsoft Office applications 

• Must be able to work independently
