Requirements:
- Candidates
must possess at least a Diploma any discipline
- Candidates
must possess at least 2 years working experience in shipping / Logistic
industry
- Good knowledge and
familiar with shipping
documentation and export rules and regulations
- Able to multi-task,
meet tight deadlines,
work under pressure and a team player
- Proficient in
Microsoft Application

Responsibilities:
- To
provide all area of administrative support and assist in export
marketing
assignments
- Assist
in marketing activities namely
seminars, exhibitions and launches and etc
- Maintaining and
updating customers’
databases
- Managing, updating
and organize up to date
marketing information for team access
- To handle
documentations and related
marketing administrative tasks
- Any
other assignments given by the Management from time to time
