Requirements:

• At least 5 years working experience , exposure in retail, FMCG, & franchise will be an added advantage
• Incumbents must have the ability in strategize, implement & manage chain retail outlet
• Incumbents must be independent, results oriented, aggressive and able to take up new challenges
• Accomplish of overall strategies planning & set direction for business development ( franchise development)
• Develop business opportunities and marketing strategies to maximize growth and profit, expend market penetration, and accomplish mission set
• Identify markets, product and current market development
• Conceptualize, plan and execute promotional campaigns and events
• To lead and realize the marketing short/long term objectives and drive operational marketing efficiencies
• Conduct competitive analysis for management decision-making
•  Manage annual budgeting exercise
