Marketing Analyst

Requirements:

A degree in Marketing or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 3 years experience in business marketing, analysis & reporting
Minimum 2 years experience in Event Management in exhibitions
Candidates with Accounting/Statistics background would be added advantage
Fluent in English and Malay. Ability to speak Chinese (Mandarin or local dialect) is a plus
Excellent PC skills (Advanced in Excel, Moderate in PowerPoint and Word.)

Responsibilities:

To be the main collection point for marketplace information relating to market size, updated market shares, market segmentation with scale, competitors’ information, customer evaluation and customer incentive program
Identify market trends, growth, stagnation and declines
To work closely with other functions such as sales/ project database, strategy with competitors and customer complaint details and quality
To be handle marketing materials, advertising and promotion
To work closely with the marketing manager to produce general promotional tools for the sales team
To organise promotional/advertising events such as trade shows and product/system releases
Attend product training and systems training as required.
Pro actively enhance / maintain a sound understanding of products, their applications and relevant systems by reading available literature, attending training courses and any other appropriate method
Undertake all essential administration promptly and efficiently
Ensure all internal customer records and files are maintained up to date and are appropriately filed
