Warehouse Executive
Shah Alam,PJ & Bangi
*Salary RM1600-RM3000*
Requirements:
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in same capacity.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam/ PJ/ Bangi
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
  • Applicants should have Degree or Diploma or Certificate in Logistic/ Transport/ Operation, Warehouse Management, Business Admin, Economics or related. However candidates who work through experience are encourage to apply.
  • Preferably executives specializing in Warehouse Management, Transport, Distribution, Courier Arrangement and Third Party Logistic operation.
  • Good communication skill in English and BM.
  • Able to operate MS Excel, ERP system and management reporting.
  • Able to lead a team of co-worker to achieve company objectives.
Responsibility:
  • Responsible for the inbound and outbound receiving goods; manage contractors on copacking and disposal activities
  • Responsible for preparing/ collecting and checking all the documentation and invoices; manage reverse logistics process and carry out posting into SAP system
  • Prepare logistic reports and monitor logistics KPIs
  • Ensure that all materials / finished goods are checked, labeled and stored in the designated storage area;
  • Liaise with Logistics Department/ forwarder to ensure that shipment materials, documents and information are accurate;
  • Plan with forwarders to ensure sufficient containers’ space and arrangement are timely and appropriately allocated;
  • Adhere strictly on shipment compliance requirements by customers or governmental agencies (ex. used of fumigated palettes);
  • Maintain and update the warehouse database inventory system;
  • Issue materials / finished goods based on FIFO to avoid any damage or deterioration of materials / goods;
  • Ensure good housekeeping, safety and accuracy of inventory
