Requirements:
- 2-3
years experience in coordinating sales activities
- Proficient
in MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Able
to speak in English & Malay, Mandarin & local dialect
speaking are
added advantage
- Knowledge
of JDE system and Supply Chain Management will be advantageous
- Able
to work beyond working hours when required
- Excellent
interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as a team
- Good
communication skills to interact with overseas factories

Responsibilities:
- Stock
planning
- Processing,
monitoring and closing Purchase Orders
- Coordinate
with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery with
proper shipping documentations
- Coordinate
with freight forwarder and 3PL on shipment
clearance
- Verify
invoice of supplier, freight forwarder, custom duty
& tax claims
- Weekly/monthly
reporting and forecasting
- Inter
company stock transfer
