Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in any field
- At least 4-5 years working experience in purchasing
& logistic
- Candidate with working experience in PEST
control/ Hygiene Service or MNC

coordination skills
- Independent, Mature and has pleasant personality
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good at computer skills (word, excel and PowerPoint)

Responsibilities:
Material Planning &
Purchasing
- Forecast customers demand.
- Schedule and follow up production plan
to ensure correct and deliver on time.
- Responsible to raw materials plan.
- Responsible in sourcing, buying of raw materials to
ensure cost effectiveness.
- Liaison with suppliers for shipment
- Evaluate supplier performance
- Inventory control
- Responsible for order processing
Sales Support &
Customer Service
- Sales planning process management &
Improvement
- Handle enquiries and prepare quotations
- Verification of Customers’ purchase prior
to processing sales order
- Prepare sales documentation and monitor shipment.
- Update & analyze Sales forecast
& Actual figures
- Notify customers when shipment is ready.
- Ensure all import shipment using the correct mode of
shipment
- Shipment declared
- Liaise with freight forwarding company for
the shipping arrangement
- Liaise with division closely regarding
schedule shipping date
- Handling customer complaint on defective
products
