Requirements:
- At least a
Diploma/Degree in any field.
- At
least 1-2 year(s) experience in customer
service & shipping Experience
- Proficient
computer skills (Micorsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
- Candidate
with knowledge on shipping documents, shipping terms & marine
insurance is added advantage.
- Strong
customer-centric service mindset with good communication and problem
solving skills.
- Candidate
with knowledge of the SAP system would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- To assist the
sales team & shipping division in handling the day-to-day
enquiries from the internal and the external customers efficiently
- Oversee on
the daily shipment.
- Prepare
written correspondence to customers when required to furnish
information requested by customers or in dealing with complaint
resolution.
- To maintain
good customer sales relationship in support of the sales team.
