Requirements:
  • Degree/Diploma in any related field
  • 1-2 years working experience in Customer Serice (Logistic)
  • IT savvy
  • Independent, resourceful and able to work under pressure environment
 
Responsibilities:
  • Handle enquiries and complaints
  • Order processing
  • Transport arrangement
  • Ensure delivery on time & prepare delivery documents
  • Analyze and evaluate on transpoters performance and trends
  • Stock updating and ensure stock accuracy
  • Responsible to warehouse management
  • Ensure forklift is well maintained
  • Prepare reports
  • Follow up on payment
  • Ad-hoc task when is required
