Sales Coordinator

Requirements:
  • Preferably more than 2 years of experience in Sales Coordinator / Logistics
  • Preferably experience in trading company
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Excel, Words etc
  • Diploma holder or above
  • Good interpersonal and customer relationship
  • Good team payer and work under pressure
Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with warehouse for delivery order and delivery schedule to customer.

  • Stock Control and prepare stock report

  • Receive shipping documents and coordinate incoming goods (Handling import issues)

  • Prepare order forecast

  • Some sales support issues

  • Prepare Sales Reports

  • Ad-hoc Issues
