Requirements:

• Ensure those products being sourced are delivered on time and ensure that they are    on board the ship at the time specified.

• Work closely with logistic (including shipping) suppliers which ensure that the   priority for shipping is followed with regard to suppliers.

• Work closely with his / her supervisor and department head regarding all the supplier issue.

•  Ensure all the documents from suppliers are proper updating & filing

•  Ensure all the E-system documents are properly updated.

•  Liaise directly with local and oversee supplier on the production plan to ensure 100% supply continuation with minimal  supervision

•  Provide accurate and timely feedback on the status on projects and the discussion and negotiation with suppliers.

•  Assist the supervisor in ensuring timely issuance of L/C, T/T and collection of funds by the customers and supply chain  management.

•  Regularly assisting supervisor and department head in reviewing the performance of suppliers in commercial perspective.
