Requirements:
- Degree
/ Diploma in Business Management, Economic, Supply Chain Management or
equivalent
- Min
2-3 years experience in Manufacturing industry
- Preferably
junior executives specializing in Negotiation +
Sourcing Skills
- Fast
leaner, initiative & assertive
- Good
team player, strong organization skills, customer oriented mindset and
problem
resolution skills
- Immediate
and permanent position available

Responsibilities:
- Plan,
sourcing, negotiate and purchase chemicals to meet sales requirements
with the
right quality and pricing
- Monitor,
control and maintain required inventory levels based on sales forecast
- Resolves with suppliers,
problems associated with over-shipment, shortages, quality, customers
feedback
and payments
- Liaising directly with customers
for certain orders type
- Update of all obsolete and
access materials for sales to take action
- Ensure on time arrival and minimum
premium freight at all times
- To work closely with finance on
purchases – update for forex hedging, provides all suppliers
documents on time.
- Perform custom drawback
documentations and update
- Perform other duties as required
