Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate
Diploma, Professional Degree in Material Planning,
Purchasing or other related field.
- At
least 1-2 year(s) working experience, preferably
in food manufacturing
industries
- Proficient
in English, Malay & Chinese
- Ability
to read & write in Mandarin would be an
added
advantage.
- Proficient
in MS Office applications, ie Microsoft Word &
Excel.
- Knowledge
in import
& export custom rules & regulations
would be an advantageous
- Good
Personality, interpersonal skill, negotiation skill and able
to communicate with all levels of people
- Possess
strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Multitasking,
Hands-on person and able to work independently
- Full
time and immediate vacancy available
- Applicants
should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence
status.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible
to
source, analyse quotes, negotiate prices & generate purchase
orders
- Monitor
suppliers for
on-time delivery & quality of products
- Evaluate
suppliers’
performance, price competitiveness & materials quality standard
- Responsible
to
inventory control
- Update
purchasing
records / data & pricing in the system
- To
plan & work
with production personnel to review materials’ requirements
& delivery lead
time to fulfill customers’ urgent needs
