Requirements:
- Candidate
must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration,
Commerce, Management or equivalent
- At least 2-3
year(s) of working experience in Purchasing & Supply
Chain Management
- Experience
in sourcing raw materials, component parts and machinery
parts is added advantage
- Capable to
using MS Office applications i.e., Word, Excel, and any inventory
system
- Preferably
Junior Executives specializing in Purchasing/Inventory/Material
& Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Good team
player, strong organization skills, customer oriented mindset and
problem resolution skills
- Independent,
matured, Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command
of English, BM and Chinese (Both written and Spoken)
- Ability to
speak Chinese will be added advantage
- Applicants
should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.

Responsibilities:
- Plan
& purchase raw material
- Maintain
accurate raw material price information and vendor contact in system
- Discuss with
puchasing manager on purchasing plan (Monthly basis) and upon get
approval from the purchasing manager in order to make and send out PO
to vendors
- Responsible
to develop alternative vendors, coordinate with technical lab.
- Inventory
Control
- Ensure
process are documented, trained and controlled
- Ad-hoc
activities when is require
