Purchasing Assistant
Petaling Jaya
*Salary RM1800-RM2500*
Requirements:

  • Possess Certificate/Diploma in business studies, Logistic Management or its equivalent with minimum of 1 years working experiences in related field.
  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills and initiative with good analytical mind.
  • Computer literacy, working knowledge of SAP system will be added advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the whole sales process including processing customers’ request for price quotations, Purchase Orders, issuing sales invoices and delivery orders as well as liaising with customers for physical deliveries
  • Responsible for the whole non-stock procurement process which includes managing local suppliers’ quotations
  • Assist personnel within the Department for stock management which includes monitoring aged & expiring stock as well as conducting periodic stock count with support from various Departments
  • Ensure proper filing and organization of all Logistic documents .
  • Direct support to other personnel within Logistics / Warehouse / Finance departments.
