Requirements:

• Min 2 years of related working experience
• Min Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or Equivalent
• Required language : English, Malay and Chinese
• Posses excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• A team player with strong commitment to the job

• Responsible for PO issuing, negotiation on prices, credit terms, discounts and delivery arrangements and etc.
• Receives, analyzes and edits requisitions for the purchase of materials, supplies and equipments.
• Responsible to update and maintain proper records of purchases, quotations/sources, suppliers' information and etc.
• Keeps track of delivery schedule and make necessary follow-up
