Purchasing Executive

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree with 2 years experience in purchasing
  • Preferably from Property & Construction Industry
  • Candidate must be familiar with building material.
  • Able to work independently detail oriented and has strong analytical skills
  • Computer knowledge essential
  • Good team player, strong organization skills, customer oriented mindset and problem resolution skills
  • Willing to handle pressure
  • Good in mathematic
Responsibility:
  • Liaise with sub-contractor and main contractor
  • Purchase building material
  • Project Forecasting i.e. , quantity of material used
  • Prepare Material budget
