Requirements:

Candidate
must possess at least a
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting
&
Finance or equivalent
-
At
least 2 -3 years of working
experience in Purchasing & Supply Management
-
Experience
in sourcing goods and
services, spare parts and machinery as well as tender exercise is added
advantage
-
Must
be good in negotiation skill.

Work
well with datelines and
pressure
-
Good
interpersonal and
communication skills.
-
Well
versed with Microsoft Office
and internet applications.
-
Immediate
position
|
Responsibility:
-
Sourcing
of goods and services to support the
operations of branches, sourcing of new suppliers and new service
providers for
better cost savings
-
Ensure
the applications of policy and procedures are in compliant to ISO and
Safety
standards
-
Conducting
benchmarking exercise to ensure that we purchase the right
product/services
from the right source and at the most reasonable market price
-
Expediting
the process of preparing Purchase Order and payment requisition
-
Monitoring
the performance of vendors
-
Assist
the Manager in managing contracts & agreement
-
Assist
the Manager in managing tender exercise
-
Undertake
other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Management
from
time to time or as and when necessary for the effective realization of
the
job-purpose.
